Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BioStacks website, storefront, and related services. Last updated July 21, 2026.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using BioStacks, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Research use only

All products sold on BioStacks are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes. They are not manufactured, labeled, or approved for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified purchaser using these materials appropriately.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Charges are processed only after your order is confirmed.

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST typically ship the same business day.
• Discount codes cannot be combined and must be applied at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipment.

4. Shipping and delivery

Domestic orders ship via tracked, discreet packaging and typically arrive within 2–4 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200.

5. Returns and refunds

Unopened vials in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. If a product fails our third-party purity specification, we will replace or refund it at no cost. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioStacks and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, from your use of the site or products.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
